However, we will consider a change in the following cases. Please note that in any of the following cases, we will request the purchase order number, along with the evidence required in each case:

The color of your product is not what you chose: If we can verify that there was indeed an error in the color of the received product, this case will be eligible for a change. Please contact us with a detailed description and evidence of the error.

The size is incorrect: It is important that at the time of purchase you carefully choose the correct size by reviewing the size chart available on the product page. If you indeed purchased a particular size and received another, you are eligible for a change. Please contact us with the details of your order and the incorrect size received.

Damaged product: In these cases, we will ask for photo and video evidence of the damaged product. This information will be handled internally to verify the validity of your case and validate the replacement of your product. Please make sure to provide all the required information to expedite the process.

The product never arrived: It is important to be attentive to the phone number provided by you at the time of purchase, as the delivery person may have contacted you for the delivery. The company in charge of dispatch is Printify, and if their system indicates that the product was delivered, we trust the seriousness and professionalism of an established company like Printify. However, we can get in touch with them and await their response to find a possible solution. In this case, it does not entirely depend on us, as they are responsible for making the delivery. We will help you as much as we can to resolve your case.
